Although it’s only been 5 weeks in the series Favorite Cookbook Friday, I thought it would be a good time to review them in order of appearance. I would also like to take the time to highlight a few recipes I want to experiment with next from each book.
Home cooking with Trisha Yearwood and Hot Corn Dip, was the recipe I shared with you for the debut book and recipe. This recipe is easy, quick and delicious. Not necessarily in that order. Let me know when you try it!

- Pork Medallions
