Well, so far so good… I’ve made it through 7 straight days of blog posting. 8 if you count today! Yes!… Keep going Kim, you can do it!
The hardest part so far is deciding what to write about and being inspired about a particular topic. Inspiration does not come on demand. It is like lightening; never knowing when or if it is going to strike.
Today my inspiration is coming from all of you that have shared and/or commented on my posts this week. Whether it was on the blog itself, through a text, a facebook message or, on a phone call. All those comments meant so much me. I am so grateful that you spent some of your time to read what I have to say and then took a little more time to share your thoughts. Thank you.
Over the next week I will be sharing with you more about the outcome of the Black Berry Jam Cake and the Muscats from California. I have pictures for that. I will talk about my love for potatoes and breads. Did I ever tell you that I am a carboholic? It’s a real thing…. I may need treatment. 🙂 haha. I’m going to also give you a good way to clean your pastry brushes and I will talk about prepping your cake pans and cookie sheets for baking.
